Shipping Across Canada: 
Free for orders over $100 
Flat rate of $10 for orders under $100 
Estimated delivery times: 1– 5 business days after the order has shipped. 

Shipping to the US: 
Calculated at checkout 
Estimated delivery times: 4– 8 business days after the order has shipped.  
All prices listed in CAD  

Customers will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information once the order has shipped.   

Returns & Exchanges

We offer exchange, credit, or refund within 30 days of purchase.  Items must be unopened, in their original packaging and unused.   

To start the return process, please email us at info@westcoastliteracy.ca with the order number and the details of your return request.  We will send you a link to print off a pre-paid return shipping label.  The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs which will be deducted from the refund amount.
