These brand new North American editions of the SPELD SA Phonic Books were developed in collaboration with our team here at West Coast Literacy and are written using a scope and sequence that aligns with Canadian speech sounds and spellings. 

These engaging decodable readers feature many lovable characters and storylines that we hope Canadian students will find relatable and enjoyable.

The series include 10 titles that introduce single letter sounds, ff, ll, ss, zz spellings and words with adjacent consonants.  The books are speech to print orientated and align with units 1-10 of the Sounds-Write scope and sequence.
